All service calls
are charged a 1 hour minimum.
These price also
includes travel to your home or place of business within 15 minutes of our
location in Tinton Falls. Service is available in most of Monmouth and Ocean
Counties for a small travel charge. Billing is done in 30 minute increments.
In the unlikely
event we are unable to find the problem with your computer, there is no charge.
We like to gather
as much information by phone or email before coming out. Often, if your problem
is simple, we can help you out for free without having to come out to you! If we
still have to come out, we can be better prepared for your problem, which may
help us get you working more quickly.
Some problems are
very time consuming. If a problem looks like it is going to take more than 2
hours, we usually prefer to bring your computer back to our shop, and charge a
lesser rate to repair your computer and return it back to you.
